“Several months ago when we decided that it was time to do some renovations to our 20 year-old home, we knew who we wanted for the job—Briar Design & Construction ( Jim Bahnuk and his crew.) We’d seen enough of their work to know that they were truly professional in every way and their workmanship was faultless.
From the very beginning, as we went over what work was to be done, Jim made known what our roles would be throughout the process, what would be required of us and when. He also offered wonderful suggestions when we couldn’t make a decision. Then, every detail, every step was recorded and a signed (by both parties) copy of the contract was given to us (in a binder no less!)
Before the work was started, we had a schedule of who would be doing what and when; this also revealed the approximate length of time required to complete the job.
We still cannot believe how smoothly everything went along. These guys were in our home promptly at 7:15AM every morning, Monday to Friday. They worked quickly and every day it was mind boggling to see how much they’d accomplished—true to their schedule. More amazing than that (and most impressive) these men cleaned up every single day! Not once did we come home to dust or disorder, not once.
We’ve had lots of friends and relatives come over since our renovations were completed, and everyone is bowled over by the beautiful ‘new look’ of our home—especially our new bathroom.
We are really pleased with how well everything turned out. Doing business with Briar Design & Construction was not only satisfying, but the entire process was at all times stress and worry free as these men delivered exactly what they had promised, plus they are just the nicest guys anyone would want to do business with and we highly recommend them.
